Thank you for shopping with Raise Up Apparel. Many of our products are made to order, so we begin processing your order after it is placed.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, or unusually high order volume.

U.S. shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, products, order subtotal, and selected shipping method.

  • U.S. standard shipping is $4.75 for eligible orders below $49.98.
  • Eligible shirt orders from $49.98 through $69.99 use a $6.75 standard shipping tier to account for additional shirt fulfillment and packaging.
  • U.S. orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping when the free-shipping option is available at checkout.
  • Express shipping is $9.99 when available and is not included in the free standard shipping offer.

Shipping rates and available methods shown at checkout are the final rates for your order.

Delivery estimates

After processing, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International orders

We ship to international destinations available at checkout. International rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees assessed by their country.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it is available after your order ships.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need an address correction, contact us as soon as possible at raiseupent.ru@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. Contact us and we will help investigate. Raise Up Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
