Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing times can vary depending on product type, stock availability, production, holidays, and order volume.

Shipping Times

After processing, delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Most U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Raise Up Apparel is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier, delivery issues must first be handled with the shipping carrier. If you need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
