Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, products, order subtotal, and selected shipping method.
- U.S. standard shipping is $4.75 for eligible orders below $49.98.
- Eligible shirt orders from $49.98 through $69.99 use a $6.75 standard shipping tier to account for additional shirt fulfillment and packaging.
- U.S. orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping when available at checkout.
- Express shipping is $9.99 when available and is not included in the free standard shipping offer.
International rates, available destinations, and delivery times vary. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees assessed by their country.
Processing and delivery
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. After processing, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be emailed when available.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact raiseupent.ru@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need an address correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. Contact us and we will help investigate. Raise Up Apparel is not responsible for carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect-address delays.
Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in original condition.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
