We want you to feel confident when shopping with Raise Up Apparel. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in the same condition you received them.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Custom items, final-sale items, digital products, worn items, washed items, damaged items not caused by us, and items without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake, a defective item, or an incorrect item being sent.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
